Sr. Accountant – Commercial Real Estate

Responsible for preparing financial reports for 10-12 properties in various stages such as land investment, construction & development, retail properties and office buildings.  Review payables and receivables, perform bank/account reconciliations, provide financial information to auditors, tax consultants, lenders, property managers and partners. Assist in the preparation of budgets, recoveries, 1099, and sales tax.  Process annual property tax bills, coordinate tax return preparation and distribution of K-1 to partners.  May be involved in preparation of construction draws and other special projects assigned by the Controller. Yardi required and 5+ years of commercial real estate accounting and a degree in accounting.

Client Services Coordinator

Provide administrative support to senior executive team: Coordinate new proposals, surveys, presentations, and marketing packages, maintain multiple calendars for team members, track broker expense reports, e-billing, and reporting, distribute market reports, e-blasts, and update various websites, coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings, understand flow of business, and anticipate needs of the team. Also, work in cooperation with other team members for large scale projects, update stacking plans in Salesforce, proofread, and red line edit documents, maintain confidentiality and professionalism, understand real estate transaction process. Previous experience in commercial real estate preferred.

Marketing Director

Assist with the design and implementation of all marketing – collateral materials, web-based, signage, branding, etc. Analyze marketing trends, review occupancy/leasing reports to anticipate needs, strategy, etc. Collaborate and participate with all levels of leadership to execute strategy and achieve optimum financial performance.
