Establish and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment and building systems, supervise all vendors and contracts related to maintenance, review existing and prepare new leases, verify and pay all real estate taxes, and improvement assessments. Need to be available to travel for site visits out of town/state when necessary. Requires at least 5 years of property management experience in commercial real estate with a strong preference for retail experience. Strong work ethic to “do what it takes”. Working closely with Property Manager to handle operations for a Class A office building, in a very busy environment, will multi-task and handle a variety of projects. Requires great people skills, attention to detail and strong technical skills in MS Office. Handle A/P and A/R; process and code invoices. Also answer phones, take tenant requests and dispatch to engineers. In addition you will plan fun tenant events throughout the year. Previous experience in commercial real estate property management in a support role is required. Knowledge or Yardi, Avid, and Angus is a huge plus.
