Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or marketing
  • Minimum 3 years in commercial real estate supporting brokers
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and error-free work are required

Contracts Administrator

As contracts administrator you will work to ensure that legal documents move smoothly and quickly from creation, through collaboration and negotiation, to signature. Reporting to the corporate attorney for this aspect of your position. Also, you will provide high level administrative support to the CEO and provide exceptional customer service to domestic and international customers.

Bachelor’s degree with at least a 3.0 GPA required.
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Paralegal is a plus.

Assistant Property Manager
