Our client, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma is staffing a multi-family construction project from the ground up. Initially, they would like to hire the top management first; Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent and Finish Assistant Superintendent, then the Field Assistant to keep all these management folks in line! At least five years’ previous experience in the multi-family construction industry is required with either garden, wrap or podium, and a strong preference for this being the most recent job experience. This is managing the managers and their assistants (varies from 8-15 people) of our commercial real estate client who owns and manages this particular portfolio. You will be responsible for the management operations of the buildings. They use Yardi and that knowledge will be given preference. Bonus structure will be considered and maximum salary is $80,000.
