Front Desk Administrator

Support Executive Assistant, Accounting and Human Resources. Oversee and maintain the lobby and reception area in a professional manner at all times, including taking the initiative to create seasonal themes as appropriate (holidays, etc.). Provide a welcoming greeting to all guests. Answer and screen incoming calls, and route to the proper individual. Follow security protocol for building access which involves all gates and front door. Maintain office supplies, implement an organized filing system for ongoing daily, weekly or monthly assignments. Coordinate, schedule, and track appointments for vendors and company events (recycling, etc.). Point of contact for all conference rooms and responsible for pre and post-meetings setup and cleanup. Administrative support tasks in MS Word and Excel, including correspondence, scanning and recordkeeping along with other clerical duties. Assist the Executive Assistant on special projects and provide support to cross functional departments.
