Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Part-Time Payroll Processor


Ideal position for the individual wanting a 20 hour work week, like 10-3, Monday through Thursday. You will compile and enter payroll data, review deductions, prepare W-2 and W-3s and year-end, and make sure all aspects of each client’s payroll meets federal and state compliance. Hourly rate to $18.50.

Staff Associate


Growing CPA firm is adding an Associate to work with the CPAs. Degree in Math or Business is required along with an interest in accounting as a career. You will act as the intermediary between the clients and the CPAs, fielding questions, managing A/P and A/R, reconciling bank statements, reviewing and analyzing general ledgers, preparing 1099s and maintaining W-9s for assigned clients. Salary to $26.00 per hour.

Property Manager

National commercial real estate property management and development firm seeks an experienced Property Manager with a business degree and at least 5 years of commercial experience, preferable Class A. Manage all aspects of assigned properties, from interfacing with the owners, lenders, tenants and vendors, to managing support and maintenance staff, prepare budgets, etc. Having completed any certifications or planning to do so is a plus. Salary to $75,000 with benefits.
