Assistant Manager of Accounting

Responsibilities include handling a wide range of accounting and support related tasks such as preparing division earnings forecasts, estimated cost analysis and daily cost spreadsheets. Ensure vendor invoices are booked timely, review financial accounting for GAAP adherence, create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, assist the President and Vice President on financial issues that relate to the financing of capital equipment and acquisitions, assist in the preparation of forecasts, budgets. Degree in Accounting with at least a 3.0/4.0 GPA and prefers QuickBooks. Progress toward CPA designation is preferred as well.

Corporate Controller

The ideal candidate will have proven experience, preferably in a senior role with annual revenues in excess of $50 million. As head of the accounting department, the controller will manage and supervise all aspects of accounting from payroll to tax compliance. You will be responsible for streamlining the budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting processes. You will produce thorough financial-status reports for senior management to help improve the operational efficiency and aid in continued growth.

Executive Assistant

Also coordinate lunches, assist the accounting department with accounts payable and general administrative support. The CEO is actively involved in charity and events, sits on many boards and you will be supporting him in these endeavors as well. Previous executive level administrative experience required with MS Office skills.

Conference Administrator

Supports the conference manager and a/v tech with the scheduling, planning and implementation of the daily operations of the conference center and meeting rooms. Will handle accounts payable including but not limited to receiving, preparing for payments, acting as liaison to all items related to conference center, meeting rooms, tenant bill backs, the fitness center and arts & events related to the properties. Correspondence and answering calls for conference manager, a/v tech and security. Maintain calendar on Outlook to ensure all conference staff and fitness center management are aware of special services and meetings. Assist conference manager and a/v tech as necessary regarding scheduling requests, a/v needs, catering and delivery requirements and all items related to tenant amenity of conference center, meeting rooms and fitness center, as needed. Serve as back-up point of contact for scheduling and staffing conference center as needed. Responsible for dock, freight and speed letter related to all conference center, meeting room, fitness center and arts & events related needs. Responsible for front desk operations related to conference center. In conjunction with property admins, maintain tenant contact list and tenant access with Angus. Maintain current certificates of insurance for tenants, vendors and contract bidders related to conference center, meeting rooms, fitness center and arts & events.

Requires experience in customer service, ability to work as part of a team, detail oriented. Any experience with Yardi, Angus and accounts payable a plus. Available to work a flexible schedule as needed for events and meetings.
