Also handle tenant, vendor and prospective tenant walk-ins, maintain building office files, manage all service contracts and schedule access to the property including tenant moves, conference room usage and vendor access; after-hours air, etc. At least two years of office administrative assistance experience, prefer in commercial real estate and some college is a plus. Salary to $45,000 with a generous benefits package.
