Property Management/Facilities Assistant for a central Houston located national firm. Initially you will learn the front desk reception position, but ultimately will be working for the facilities/property management group assisting tenants, making sure their needs are met timely and with a warm and professional attitude which is one of the attributes that this company has made their mantra and one of the keys to their successful growth. Additionally you will make sure all office supplies are stocked, assist with new hire on-boarding, assist with purchase orders, schedule vendor meetings and audits, and, well, basically be there ready to pitch in with no questions asked and contributing to this already well trained team. Some previous experience in facilities or CRE property management a plus, but not required. Salary between $38,000 and $40,000.
