Worth, with one of our more aggressively growing firms.  Review the G/L, assist with the annual budget, control operating expenses, establish vendor relationships, assist leasing agents in marketing and leasing efforts – an all around team oriented approach to meeting and exceeding the tenants expectations. You will need at least three years Class A experience.  Salary to $52,000.

Project Manager

  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
  • Must have experience in construction industry – primarily residential
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
  • Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance
  • Review the work progress on daily basis
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
  • Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Director of Construction Management

Our client highly prefers a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management with close to seven years of experience managing construction projects for the commercial real estate industry. Experience hiring, training and managing construction crews while managing multiple construction projects. Working with architects, owners, tenants and Sr. Management. Salary to $90,000.
