Seeking three plus years of experience working in a Class A office property management setting. MRI and AvidXchange experience is a plus for tenant invoicing and reporting. Responsible for lease abstracts and maintenance of all tenant and vendor files. As this property is not yet fully leased, there will be projects interacting with brokers and prospective tenant visits. You will also be involved with move-ins and build-outs. Growing commercial real estate firm seeks a Property Manager with 5+ years of industry experience in either Class A Office or Class A Retail management.

-Responsible for day to day management, tenant relations, lease administration, owner relations, property maintenance projects and move-ins/move-outs, oversight of engineering staff, vendor selection and management, reporting, budgeting and adherence to leasing terms.

-Prefer Bachelors Degree and Texas Real Estate License.

-BOMA and IREM involvement or certifications such as CPM or RPA are a plus.

-MRI is a plus.
