Regional commercial real estate development and construction firm adding several Construction Managers to their team in Texas. Responsible for all daily operations of the project including budget and cost control, subcontractor and supplier negotiations, project production scheduling, bidding, project sequencing and construction plan reviews, and tenant lease reviews. This is a fast-paced/fast-track position reporting to the VP of Construction and Development. Requires at least 7 years of recent retail construction experience with a BA or BS in a related field.
Manage a diversified industrial portfolio. As the lead professional, the PM is responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction providing excellent communication to both building owners and tenants to ensure an ongoing, successful relationship. Capable of meeting their rapid expansion program and setting an example for the region. Requires at least 2 years of property management with some industrial experience.
Managing negotiations for multiple transactions on an ongoing basis including relocations, acquisitions, dispositions, renewals, and expansions for national accounts. Complete negotiations in accordance with timelines. Ability to handle all day to day administration, file maintenance and compliance. Update the client’s leadership regularly on the status of each file and major milestones as well as the Key Performance Indicators. Review lease language for agreed-upon terms and conditions as well as other corporate checklist policies. Participate in all team-related meetings and conference calls. Abstract and interpret commercial leases. Requires at least 5 years experience in commercial real estate brokerage and an active Texas Real Estate License.
