- Assist with project pursuits and schematic design activities
- Organize and lead the development of construction documents and specifications
- Manage and coordinate the production team
- Forecast and identify key project issues and assist in a timely resolution
- Work with governing authorities on obtaining building permits, etc.
- 10+years of multifamily project experience
- Architectural license from any state with an NCARB certification
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
Responsible for 13 local retail properties totaling 300,000 SF. Manage budget variances and the billing process. Monitor cash flow and cash requirements. Handle lease administration. Manage preparation of reports and annual budget. Minimum of 5 years managing retail properties, Texas Real Estate License and advanced level MS Office Suite required. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, a CPM, RPA, or CSM designation, and MRI or Yardi preferred.
