Complex calendar coordination and meeting planning ,attend various meetings and distribute typed meeting notes to all attendees.
Coordinate travel, including air, lodging and transportation, as well as assist with a variety of special projects at any given time.
Maintain company supplies and interact with vendors, disseminate information between executive team and staff, manage company calendar and plan company-wide events and monitor corporate credit card and assist with reconciliation.
Lead various efforts regarding upcoming office move
Intermediate or better MS Office Suite and Adobe skills and seven+ years of EA / Office Management experience required.
Commercial Real Estate industry experience is a plus. The ability to multi-task and pay extreme attention to detail, have both professional written and verbal communication skills is also required.
Preference given for education, related industry experience, and strong tenure. Salary to $85,000.
Property Management client in Energy Corridor is seeking a Property Accountant who will be responsible for timely and accurate reporting of assigned properties, month-end close, reconciling accounts, posting journal entries, completing bank reconciliations, reviewing final product, etc. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is highly preferred, as well as real estate experience. Salary to $60,000.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university- Min GPA 2.5.
Must have 2 years of post-college experience, administrative, customer service and some public speaking.
