Manage construction projects for a Class A downtown Houston commercial property management group. Project Management for tenant build-outs, tenant improvement and capital improvement projects. Manage bid process, vendor selection, management and communication. Create and maintain budgets and track costs. Work closely with tenants; adhere to city and lease guidelines. Meet deadlines and provide exceptional customer service. This position requires a background in construction project management for commercial office properties, working in a corporate office setting. Salary commensurate with experience.
