Fully understanding your unique needs is where we start. For only when we are armed with this information are we then equipped to meet our goal of exceeding your expectations. Information gathered from our meeting with you is entered into our proprietary database. In this way all that is learned by the Corbett Service Coordinator who is working with you is easily and effectively shared with others in our organization. The result is that every resource at our disposal can be brought to your service.

Employee Selection

We expect a lot from the people we employ. Besides benefits, tips and pay policies, once assigned, all employees undergo a thorough orientation and sign a commitment agreement to uphold our quality standards. Our staff members discuss with the employee such information as dress code, reliability, punctuality, and appropriate work habits. In addition, we perform a background check, work reference verification, and personally meet and assess each candidate. As well, any additional information that you wish to include is added to the formal orientation process.
