Our client in Sugar Land is adding to their payroll department and needs someone with several years of experience processing full cycle payroll and a CPP.  They offer excellent company benefits and the opportunity for upward mobility is great.Salary $35,000.00.

Long term temp assignment (at least a year) to work Thursdays and Fridays from 8:30 to 5:30 for this commercial real estate investment firm in the Galleria area.  You will handle general administrative assistant duties as you “job share” with an existing employee who works Monday through Wednesday.  Experience is not as important as attitude and work ethic.  MS Office skills are required.  Salary to $16.00 per hour.

This client is promoting the last person we placed with them into an administrative support role, creating the need for a new front desk receptionist.  Experience in a similar position answering corporate phones, meeting and greeting, sending FedEx and UPS packages, etc. is required, along with some MS Word.  Company is located in the Westchase area.  Salary to $28,000.

Using MS Word and Excel you will be updating the database of documents, contracts, proposals, and spreadsheets for this engineering company located in West Houston.  Previous experience similar to this is required.  Salary to $32,000.

Be part of the start up team, who reports directly to the President, in opening up the renewable fuels market in the US for this international energy company.  You will work with lobbyists, trade associations, government officials, etc to accomplish your mission.  Experience in regulatory affairs is required, and the freedom to travel international at least twice a year.  Salary to $140,000 DOE.

Expanding, boutique CPA firm is adding to their staff and seeks an individual with CPA firm experience handling client write up work.  QuickBooks is required, and a degree and 3 plus years experience, or no degree and 10 plus years experience.  Unique to this industry, overtime is never required, even during the heaviest tax season.  Salary to $60,000.

Degree in Accounting and 2-5 years of public experience is required to be considered to join this oil and gas services company in North Houston who is adding to their existing accounting staff.  Monthly reports, balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger adjustments and accruals are just a few of your responsibilities.  Salary to $65,000.

As assistant your duties will be diverse and many and your work day will fly by!  Assist with creation and development of proposals, brochures, and all other collateral pieces, as well as slide presentations using any of the current graphic softwares, though PowerPoint is preferred.  Collect and analyze data for the corporate database.  Assist with preparations for conferences and be able to attend occasionally if required.  At least four years experience is required, but a degree is not mandatory.  Salary to $54,000.

You will be part of a team supporting up to 10 engineers for this Galleria area national firm.  This is a strong group and they welcome your assertiveness and your ability to set your own priorities.  The pace and volume of work will require you to have excellent skills in Word and Excel, and needless to say, any previous knowledge of engineering or graphics presentations would give you the edge.  Salary to $41,600.

National, commercial real estate, property management firm has had recently acquired additional buildings to manage and needs TWO experienced property managers.  A degree and at least five years experience is required in commercial property management or leasing.  You will have complete authority and responsibility from hiring and managing the support staff to tenant relations, construction coordination, etc. Salary to $68,000 DOE.

There is not enough space to adequately expound on this candidate’s exceptional work record and accomplishments.  Briefly, she has over six years in graphic design marketing communication, and collateral development with a degree from the University of Alabama, in both the commercial real estate and manufacturing industries.  She holds two performance awards from her last employer in the same calendar year yet!  Her software knowledge is extensive; to name a few – the entire Adobe Creative Suite, Quark Express, and MS Office.
