Assist the Office Manager with making sure all aspects of the administrative functions run smoothly. This would include ordering and stocking office supplies, maintaining all office equipment like copiers and printers, distributing mail to departments, handling FedEx, relieving on the front reception desk, assisting with new hire desk set ups, etc. In addition, as required, assist other administrative staff with typing for projects and reports. MS Word and Excel and several years previous administrative support experience. Salary to $32,000.
