Direct Hire:
Also referred to as full-time or permanent. This is the more traditional method of selecting your next employer. We screen the company and position with you, coordinate the interview process, and assist you with any salary and on-boarding issues.
Temp-to-Hire:
Similar to Direct Hire with company and position screening as well as interview coordination, however, you would be on Corbett’s payroll for a pre-determined length of time (usually 520 hours or 90 days).
Temporary/Contract:
Corbett will screen company and position with you, and the client company may choose to interview, but in this situation you remain on Corbett’s payroll (contract) throughout the duration of the assignment. Assignments can vary in length from a few short days to a year or more. In some cases, the client company may offer full-time employment.
