  • Assist in contract administration, including tracking, closing, and budgeting for land and sales transactions.
  • Schedule closing dates and secure public information about a property.
  • Assist in compiling property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments.
  • Work with Research Division to secure needed information.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing reports & leasing/sales activities.
  • Coordinate marketing programs for brokerage team with our in-house Marketing & Research Departments using proprietary and internet technologies.
  • Ability to follow multiple timelines and manage closings.
  • Assist Marketing Division in maintaining and updating team websites, including adding latest content as required.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Division to regularly disseminate property marketing via flyers, e-blasts, and postcards.
  • Work with Marketing Division on team marketing through traditional and social media channels.
  • Manage the team’s CRM and property database.
  • Prepare RFPs, Proposals, LOIs, and land documents.
  • Prepare and revise land and sale contracts.

Requirements
Business degree or equivalent experience
Must have a TREC real estate license or in the process of obtaining one
Must have 2 years of recent commercial real estate experience
