Supporting a busy commercial real estate office, interacting with tenants, landlords, brokers, and service providers, updating and creating presentations and proposals, processing invoices to track broker commissions, proofing and reviewing documents, making red-line changes as needed. Also, assisting with deadline driven tasks and special projects. This is a fast-paced environment, requiring an outgoing, confident, quick learner who is not afraid to take on new tasks and responsibilities! Requires intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel. InDesign experience is a plus, but can be learned. Knowledge of any of the following: Yardi/PayScan/JDE/Timberline/MRI is also a plus.
