Answer phones and meet and greet office visitors. Walk the property and report issues needing attention, maintain excellent rapport with tenants and visitors. Take tenant requests and dispatch to maintenance team via IMPAK. Interact with vendors, maintain COI’s for vendors and tenants. Process and code invoices, process weekly payables, post rent deposits, process tenant billbacks and prepare A/R worksheets. Process service contracts, leases, amendments, exhibits, and correspondence. And, prepare bid proposals, maintain vendor contracts and building lists. Requires at least two plus years as Property Administrative Assistant in Commercial Property Management with MS Office Suite and MRI.
