Serve as the main contact with tenants, vendors, service providers and the public by answering phones as well as greeting visitors to the management office. Respond to tenant requests, managing the work orders, billing issues, assist with certificates of insurance, tenant events, and assist with any administrative special projects. Previous experience in a receptionist/administrative role with a strong preference for exposure to commercial real estate.
