Commercial real estate firm seeks a Receptionist for a Heights area property to answer incoming calls, communicate with tenants making sure all their needs are met, taking work requests and creating the orders for their system, dispatching the engineers to make repairs and following up to make sure all was completed with satisfaction. Pull reports for monthly tenant invoices and assist the rest of the team with special projects. The ideal candidate will have some commercial property experience, even on a temporary assignment. They will consider candidates with at least a year of professional business experience, Ms Office skills and a professional demeanor and  exceptional communication skills. Salary to $37,000.
