Construction division of national commercial real estate firm is adding to their staff needing assistance with coordinating client, contractor and vendor meetings, handling correspondence for Executives and maintaining their schedules, processing and maintaining construction AIA documents and service agreements, helping to create/distribute construction invoices and AFEs, distributing drawings to subcontractors/vendors for bidding and maintaining Construction Draw and Lien Releases. Requires strong MS Office skills, Excel spreadsheet maintenance, Outlook mail merge.
