Our Westchase area client seeks an individual with at least two years of commercial real estate experience to handle a variety of duties. You will fill in for CEO’s personal assistant when out – including research, reservations, meeting and event arrangements, and administration of calendar for conference room. Also handle phone coverage, greet visitors, mail, UPS/FedEx, filing, manage calendars for management, order and maintain office and kitchen supplies. The property management assistant duties include handling tenant requests, full-cycle accounting, bank and credit card reconciliations, preparing reports, and updating commercial property books and databases. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, intermediate level MS Office, excellent communication skills, and prefer someone who has AP/AR and HR experience in the past. Salary to $55,000.
