You will support the President who has several businesses, one of which is construction. Assist with calendar management, managing emails and phone calls, make travel arrangements, assist with company events, maintain office and kitchen supplies. For the other entity you will handle inventory reporting, purchase order entry, manage/review overhead costs and coordinate with AP and AR. Needless to say you will have a full slate which will require you to be a natural high energy individual who thrives on having more to do than less. MS Office Suite required, and QuickBooks preferred along with several years at this level – administrative assistant, office manager, executive assistant. Salary to $65,000, but industry experience could increase the compensation.
