Previous experience in this role with an emphasis in the accounting aspects of a typical Property Admin is required. Lots of invoicing, using Yardi and P2P, along with the more routine duties of handling work orders, tenant requests, etc. An independent thinker who is also a self-starter is what they need to handle the volume and ramp up quickly and become an integral part of the existing team.
