Support two managing executives of this boutique private commercial real estate firm.
Dual role encompassing both Executive Assistant and Office Manager functions.
Complex calendar coordination and meeting planning ,attend various meetings and distribute typed meeting notes to all attendees.
Coordinate travel, including air, lodging and transportation, as well as assist with a variety of special projects at any given time.
Maintain company supplies and interact with vendors, disseminate information between executive team and staff, manage company calendar and plan company-wide events and monitor corporate credit card and assist with reconciliation.
Lead various efforts regarding upcoming office move
Intermediate or better MS Office Suite and Adobe skills and seven+ years of EA / Office Management experience required.
Commercial Real Estate industry experience is a plus. The ability to multi-task and pay extreme attention to detail, have both professional written and verbal communication skills is also required.
Preference given for education, related industry experience, and strong tenure. Salary to $85,000.
