Investment banking client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage web-based document system, support bankers and assist support staff members as needed. Additional duties will include managing multiple calendars, scheduling meeting rooms, tracking expense reports via expense reporting system and acting as a backup to other department staff members. They are seeking a candidate with at least 5-10 years of administrative and FTP (File Transfer Protocol) site experience. Looking for a “go-getter” and someone able to take initiative. MS Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency are required. The flexibility to work overtime is a huge plus! Salary to $65,000.
