Galleria area commercial real estate property manager and developer seeks additional support to their President and Controller for the corporate office. Complex position with responsibility and authority handling the human resources functions, including payroll using a current software system, 401K, benefit plans, expenses, reimbursements, reviews, vacation and sick leave, etc. Additionally, administrative assistant duties with reports, keeping corporate minute books up to date, ordering office supplies, coordinating executive meetings, travel, planning company events and calendaring, etc. At least ten years of experience required at this level and a STRONG preference for a four-year college degree, with excellent MS Office Suite skills. Salary to $67,000 with full benefits.
