In this multitasking role, you will assist the Office Manager in all areas of the company, making sure all procedures run smoothly, departments are covered and basic supplies are in stock. You will also back up the Receptionist, distribute mail, ensure office equipment is maintained and serviced and assist with special office and client events. Several years previous experience in an administrative capacity is required, along with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Some college is preferred and a general knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint. Salary to $37,000.
